Requirements |
| Comfort
Guard is licensed and insured in the State of Michigan. Comfort
Guard installers are fully trained and insured. Comfort Guard
sales personnel are required to complete a training course and obtain a
sales license from the State of Michigan. |

| Right to Cancel |
| Comfort
Guard customers are protected under the Michigan Solicitation Sales Act.
The buyer may cancel transactions at anytime prior to midnight of the
third business day after the date of transaction. |
